Andalus Al Seef Resort & Spa Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi

This hotel boasts a lovely resort-like atmosphere with some great amenities, including a good variety of restaurants and a nice pool. However, the rooms could use some cleaning and modernization, and the price can fluctuate significantly depending on the season, which might not offer the best value overall.

The resort is visually stunning and has great facilities, including pools and various eateries. However, my stay was marred by cleanliness issues and a lack of adequate customer service, which was quite disappointing for a supposedly five-star establishment.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the pool area was lovely and the management was very accommodating, which made my stay with my newborn memorable. However, reaching the reception was a hassle during holiday season, and the room had some odd features that made it less comfortable than expected.

I encountered issues with my room and the front desk staff, which impacted my stay significantly. On the bright side, the friendly staff members, especially in housekeeping, made my time there much more pleasant.
